Search Routes and Travel Date

Visit the Sombat Tour website www.sombattour.com and select your trip type (One-way or Round-trip)

Select your Travel Date and the Number of Passengers

Specify your Departure Station and Destination

Click the "Search" button to check all available schedules and bus trips

Select Schedule and Bus Class

Choose your preferred travel time and bus type

The system will display available trips; click to select your desired departure time

Verify your route and price, then click "Continue"
Step 3

Select Seats, Enter Passenger Information, and Make Payment

After selecting your seats, enter the passenger's Passport Number orID Card / Full Name , Phone Number, and Email
Fill Info Select Payment Method

Choose your preferred payment method, such as: QR Code (PromptPay) / Credit-Debit Card / Counter Service 7-11
Please read the terms and conditions carefully, "check the agreement box" and confirm your transaction
If paying via Credit/Debit Card, please provide the details below:
  • Card Number: Enter the 16-digit number on the front of your credit or debit card.
  • Expiration Date: Select the Month and Year printed on your card.
  • Cardholder Name: Enter the name of the card owner in English.
  • Issuing Bank: Select the country and name of your card-issuing bank.
** Note: If you are unsure or cannot find your bank, please select "Other Issuing Bank" and type the bank name in the blank field.
  • 3-Digit Security Code (CVV2/CVC2): Enter the 3-digit security code on the signature panel on the back of your card.
  • Submit Button: Verify the total payment amount, then click "Submit" to process the card payment.

- Troubleshooting Failed Payments: Please check with your card-issuing bank to ensure that online payments (e-Commerce) are enabled for your credit or debit card.
- Sombat Tour Payment Terms: Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB | Debit Cards: Supported for all banks.

Receive Payment Confirmation and Collect Your Bus Ticket Before Boarding

Once payment is successful, the system will display a Payment Confirmation page with travel details and automatically send a confirmation email (for payments via QR Code (PromptPay) and Credit/Debit Card).

If you choose to pay at 7-Eleven, you will receive a booking confirmation to make your payment at any nearby 7-Eleven store. Keep your receipt to exchange for your physical ticket on the travel day.

Please save a screenshot or print the confirmation as proof.
icon Important Notice:
For passengers collecting tickets in person: Present your payment proof and an original, unexpired National ID Card matching the booking details to claim your ticket at the counter. **Foreign nationals must present an original, unexpired Passport.
After completing your ticket purchase, please print your payment proof to collect your bus ticket at the Sombat Tour ticket counter at least 30 minutes before departure. If you wish to collect your ticket prior to the travel date, you can exchange it at any Sombat Tour ticket counter. (Check branch operating hours)
Boarding Identification: Passengers must verify their identity before boarding by presenting the required documents: Thai nationals must show their original ID card, and foreign nationals must show their original passport before boarding the bus.
