1. Must have the Same Passenger Name / Route / Standard (The name must match exactly).

2. Accumulated tickets must be valid for no more than 1 year to claim the privilege.

3. The privilege can be claimed only at Sombat Tour ticketing counters (*Present accumulated tickets to the staff at the ticketing counter).

4. Applicable for normal-priced tickets only. Discounted tickets (e.g., government, child, or other discounts issued by the Department of Transport) cannot be accumulated.

5. Tickets stamped as non-postponable/non-refundable but showing a price can be accumulated for the free ticket exchange.

6. Once 10 tickets are accumulated and the privilege is claimed, the free ticket cannot be postponed or refunded. Passengers must travel as scheduled, otherwise, the privilege is forfeited.
