• Sombat Tour provides express parcel-transport service to any destinations along the bus routes of the northern, north-eastern, central, and southern every day. Parcel Sending Procedures

1. Pack your product in a box and seal.
2. Provide clear details of the sender and receiver as follows:
- First name – last name according to ID card - Telephone number of sender and receiver - Destination for parcel delivery 3. Inform the staff of what the parcel is.
4. The sender must sign the name as evidence.
5. Pay delivery fee and get a receipt.
6. The sender checks the details on the receipt to prevent any mistakes.

Parcel Receiving Procedures

1. The receiver must accept the parcel by themselves presenting national ID card or official ID card.

2. The receiver must sign their name as evidence.

3. The receiver must accept the parcel within 5 days. After this, the company shall not be held responsible in case of loss or damage.

4. In case of assigning another person, the assignee must present a copy of national ID card or official ID card of the receiver named on the parcel with signature to certify the true copy. If the assignee fails to present such document, the company reserves the right of distributing the parcel to the assignee in all circumstances.

Items not accepted for delivery

1. Food, drinks, or smelly items

2. Alcoholic drinks

3. Animals and all living creatures

4. High-valued items such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, cameras, tablets, accessories, etc.

5. Fragile items such as mirror, ceramic, glass bottle, etc.

6. Foam

7. Chemical and inflammable substances

8. Auto part and parts with oil stains

9. Weapons and illegal items

10. Untidily packed items

11. Item weighing higher than 25 kg is not accepted.

12. Item with the size more than 70×70×100 cm is not accepted.

13. Documents that can be transferred into cash, business document, passport, and other official identification document, title deeds, original copy of document, or other similar documents cannot be delivered.(except copy of document)
