1. Must have the Same Passenger Name / Route / Standard (*Except for Khon Kaen route, if ticket prices are unequal, the difference can be paid).

2. Accumulated tickets must be valid for no more than 1 year to claim the privilege.

3. The privilege can be claimed only at Sombat Tour ticketing counters (*Present accumulated tickets to the staff at the counter).

4. Applicable for normal-priced tickets only. Discounted tickets (e.g., government, child, or other Department of Transport discounts) cannot be accumulated.

5. Tickets stamped as non-postponable/non-refundable but showing a price can be accumulated for the free ticket exchange.

6. Once 5 tickets are accumulated and the privilege is claimed, the free ticket cannot be postponed or refunded. Passengers must travel as scheduled, otherwise, the privilege is forfeited.
